If you need to return or exchange an item bought online, you have up to 10 days from the delivery date to do so. The merchandise must be returned in its original packaging. To arrange a return, contact us at info@toyoshoesonline.com, and we'll schedule a collection from your home address. Alternatively, You can exchange items at our store, Toyo Shoes, located on Main Tariq Road, but remember to bring a digital copy of your order. Once we receive the returned product, we'll thoroughly inspect it and inform you about your eligibility for a refund. Refunds will be issued promptly, within 30 days of notifying us of your intention to return the item. The refund will be processed using the same payment method used for the purchase.



Exchange:

Please note that items for exchange must be the same article but in a different size or color. 




Cancellation:

Cancellation of orders may occur if the item is out of stock
