Alternatively, You can exchange items at our store, Toyo Shoes, located on Main Tariq Road, but remember to bring a digital copy of your order. Once we receive the returned product, we'll thoroughly inspect it and inform you about your eligibility for a refund. Refunds will be issued promptly, within 30 days of notifying us of your intention to return the item. The refund will be processed using the same payment method used for the purchase.
